I’m Karen, a leadership and personal & professional development coach, and in my nearly two decades as a leader of people and an explorer of interesting opportunities, I’ve discovered one very important truth: what other people tell us we should do in our lives and careers is largely B.S.
Too often we follow career and life paths that don’t align with our personal desires and values. We pursue things without considering if we even want them and then find ourselves feeling unfulfilled. We continue down a path others say is the right one because we aren’t sure what to do instead. We aren’t sure what we want, let alone how to get it.
But we have so many incredible options! I’ve used my skills and creativity for everything from saving lives in a war zone to helping lead healthcare organizations to supporting inventors in licensing their products. It feels amazing to tap into the power of possibility and to create a fulfilling, aligned life. I want to share that feeling with you.
