Are you ready to create your “what’s next”?
Sometimes we just aren’t ready to commit to change until we reach a certain point – a point where the costs of doing nothing start to outweigh the uncertainty of the unknown.
Those costs might be our physical, mental, or emotional well-being.
They could be tradeoffs that don’t seem worth it – like missing time with our families or postponing trips we want to take.
Often, it’s an internal tension – a deep, nagging feeling that we aren’t living in alignment with what we really care about.
And when we reach that point, it can feel like a scary place. But you know what else it is? It’s a place of possibility. A place of creativity and motivation. A place where the magic happens.
You have the power to create something amazing for yourself, and I’m here to help you do it!

FAQs
Let’s take a look at the definition from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) because it seems just about perfect: “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
No. Therapy is provided by a licensed professional (psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, licensed counselor, etc.) and is largely focused on healing. Therapy addresses past issues, such as trauma, as well as current mental health concerns, such as addiction or substance use, grief/loss, mental illness, and self-destructive behaviors.
Coaching is present and future-oriented, focused on where you are now, what you want to create/accomplish, and how to get there. Coaches help with exploring ideas, identifying limiting beliefs, reframing, motivation, support, and taking action, but they DO NOT assess, diagnose, or treat mental health issues.
If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended you consult with them to determine if working with a coach is advisable for you.
If you show up honestly and openly, commit to yourself, and do the work, you can expect to get results.
Do I promise specific, guaranteed results? No, because ultimately, the results aren’t up to me – they’re up to you. That said, I understand that making the decision to work with me may feel difficult when you aren’t sure if you’ll achieve what you want, so here are three ways I help to ensure you’re successful:
- I provide a free initial discovery call, and I’ll only offer to work with you further if I believe I can help you with what you’re seeking to accomplish.
- I limit my 1:1 coaching panel size to ensure you’re getting the attention, focus, and support from me that you deserve.
- Talk with me about booking a “sample” coaching meeting if you want to get a feel for working together before making a larger commitment.
I get it. It’s a big investment in yourself, and if you haven’t experienced high-quality coaching before, it’s hard to gauge if it’s “worth it.”
A lot of things in life are tough to decide “worth-it-ness” until you try them. So if you’re interested in seeing what coaching is really like, schedule a complimentary discovery call, and let’s chat.
Don’t worry, you won’t get a high-pressure sales pitch from me – that’s not my jam. I’ll let you know if I believe you’ll benefit from us working together and propose what that might look like based on what you’re aiming to accomplish.
Whether or not we end up working together longer-term, I think you’ll get something useful from our call. Plus, you’ll have taken a step towards exploring your exciting future, and that’s something you can feel good about!
